Refund and Exchange

This process usually takes about 4-5 business days, but we strive to complete it as quickly as possible to minimize your wait time.

If your return is approved, we will offer you a couple of options. We can initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment or arrange an exchange for other items that better meet your needs. If you choose to exchange your item(s), we will work with you to select the best options and ensure you are completely satisfied.
